IAB Europe Academy respects the privacy of all participants ("Users") engaging with its educational platform, including visitors to its website www.iabeurope.academy, referred to as (“Website”), registered users ("users") receiving services through the IAB Europe Academy. In this Privacy Policy, "Users" refer to individual users and employees of organisations interacting or registering with the IAB Europe Academy programmes.

Collectively, these users are referred to as "Data Subjects."
